Meet the team..

Debbie Taylor - Owner

I have worked in childcare for most of my adult life, stopping only briefly to start a family of my own. My experience includes; working as a nanny for two years, looking after three lively boys; as a classroom assistant in a school for children with learning difficulties; as a tutor for adults with learning disabilities and eight years working in the reception class at a village Primary School. I have a level 3 qualification in Forest School, an ethos I've been keen to embrace and demonstrate in the childcare we provide at Create.

My other qualifications include:

  • NVQ Level 2 Social Care

  • Accredited Life Skills Certificate

  • Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

  • Level 3 Forest School Leader

Cadell Beckett - Manager

I began my childminding career, working at a local nursery where I became a Nursery leader. I then worked as a teaching assistant at the village school as well as a childminder providing before and after school care. I now work with my mum, Debbie to develop our childminding services at Create Childcare, providing all day care for babies and children.

Zoë Osunde - Childcare Assistant

A registered childminder since 2015, I joined Create Childcare in 2017, supporting the children with day-to-day activities. I have always had a keen interest in working with children, from my teenage days babysitting for family and friends, as well as helping with the children's corner at my local church, and not forgetting looking after my lovely children aged 8 and 18 months.
